At Motolug we are dedicated to safeguarding and preserving your privacy when visiting our website or communicating electronically with us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we deal, protect and manage any personal data* that you provide, or that we collect from you.

Information we (Motolug) Collect

Use of Cookies

On occasion, we may gather information about your computer for our services and provide statistical information regarding the use of our website. Such information will not identify you personally as it is statistical data regarding our visitors and their use of our site. This statistical data does not identify any personal details. Similarly to the above, we may gather information about your general internet use by using a cookie file. Where used, these cookies are downloaded to your computer automatically. This cookie file is stored on the hard drive of your computer as cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. They help us to improve our website and the service that we provide to you.

Please note that should you choose to decline cookies, you may be unable to access particular parts of our website. Google Analytics is a website monitoring tool that allows users to see volumes of website visitors, their source and to analyse how the content of their website is viewed and navigated. Data Storage

Data that is provided to us is stored on our  third party secure servers and Motolug database. Details relating to any transactions entered into on our site will be encrypted to ensure the safety of the data. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk.

The General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. We will only use your information for the purpose as described and we will not pass on your details to any other third parties unless you have given us permission to do so. You have a right to access your personal data and rectify any inaccuracies. Please email mail@motolug.com to request the personal data we hold on you.
