​​Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellation:

In compliance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 , you have the right to cancel your order with us. However, you must exercise your right within fourteen working days of receiving the goods and you must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel the order - either by email or post. The goods must be returned to us at your expense by registered post or courier within seven days of the notice to cancel. The goods must be returned in original packaging and in resaleable condition (unused). We reserve the right to have the goods checked by a technician prior to replacement or refund.

Damage/Faulty Goods: 
Comprehensive checking of the product is undertaken prior to despatching the goods.  Should you receive a damaged item or believe it to be faulty please contact Motolug immediately (or within 7 days) by email or post detailing the issue with clear photographs.  Each occurrence will be treated individually and Motolug will exercise the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 to determine the most suitable course of action to satisfy the matter.

Shipping Policy

Mainland UK:

Delivery costs are calculated in your shopping basket and are based on the product you order and delivery address. Choose the shipping option and costs will be displayed.  You have the option to collect directly from our manufacturing premises.

We try to hold most items in stock and ship within 2-5 working days, however please note during busy periods delivery times may be extended to 6 weeks for both collection or delivery (UK and International). You will be notified by email of any delivery delays. If you have a delivery deadline to meet, please call us on 01789459234 or email mail@motolug.com immediately after placing your order to discuss this and we will try our best to help.

UK Mainland Orders: Orders will be shipped either via Royal Mail or courier (eg: UPS, TNT, FedEx, Evri or DX Freight, or any other courier deemed suitable). Motolug will not be held responsible for any delay arising from any courier service appointed, and in all circumstances the maximum compensation provided by Motolug will not exceed the total shipping costs paid.

Note: Orders made on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Tuesday.

Orders will be shipped by Royal Mail, or courier.  Transit times approximately 1 - 4 working days.

Please note that due to Royal Mail Terms and Conditions we are unable to consider items lost until 21 days following the date the order was made.
 

International Orders:
Shipping is not calculated for International Orders or if your location is outside of Mainland UK.  Please contact us, (mail@motolug.com) prior to ordering with your requirements, and address including postcode/zip code.  We will come back to you with the cheapest shipping quote available.  Please note that due to daily fluctuations in shipping prices Motolug reserve the right to amend the shipping cost should the cost vary significantly from that quoted originally.

Estimated transit times:

Europe: 2 - 5 Working Days.

Worldwide: Up to 10 Working Days.

Both UK and International transit times cannot be guaranteed.
